২০১৪ সালের ২২ আগস্টে Sajeeb Wazed জয় এর ফেইজবুক পেইজ স্ট্যাটাস থেকে নেওয়া:-

বাঙালী জাতি এবং আমার পরিবারের ইতিহাসে আগস্ট একটি অন্ধকার মাস। ১৫ আগস্ট তারা হত্যা করেছে জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানকে। ১৭ আগস্ট তারা দেশের ৫০০ স্থানে একই সময়ে বোমা হামলার মাধ্যমে পুরো জাতির উপর আক্রমণ চালিয়েছে। ২১ আগস্ট তারা আমার মা প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনাকে হত্যার চেষ্টা করেছে। ভয়াবহ গ্রেনেড হামলার মাধ্যমে তারা আমাদের ২৩ জন কর্মীকে হত্যা করেছে, আহত করেছে ৪০০ এর বেশী জনকে।

সবক'টা হামলার সাথে জড়িত খুনীদেরকে বিএনপি রক্ষা করার চেষ্টা করেছে । তারা ১৫ আগস্টের খুনীদেরকে ইনডেমনিটির মাধ্যমে ছেড়ে দিয়ে এবং বিদেশে চাকরী দেয়ার মাধ্যমে পুরষ্কৃত করেছে । গত মেয়াদে ক্ষমতায় থাকার সময় ১৭ আগস্টে যারা দেশজুড়ে মুহুর্মুহু বোমা হামলা চালিয়েছে বিএনপি তাদেরকেও রক্ষা করেছে। ২১ আগস্টের হামলার পরিকল্পনাও হয়েছিলো খালেদা জিয়ার পুত্র তারেক রহমানের কার্যালয়ে খালেদার রাজনৈতিক সচিব এর উপস্থিতিতে।

ইতিহাসের বিভিন্ন সময়ে এই আগস্টে যারা প্রাণ হারিয়েছেন আসুন তাদেরকে স্মরণ করি। তাদের অনেকেই ছিলেন আমার পরিবারের সদস্য।

আমি বার বারই বলে এসেছি, বিএনপি হলো সন্ত্রাসীদের দল। তাদের বিচারের সম্মুখীন করা প্রয়োজন।

August has become a very dark month in our nation's and my family's history. 15th August they murdered the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib. August 17th they attacked the whole nation with 500 simultaneous bombs nationwide. August 21st they tried to kill my mother, our Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, killed 23 of our supporters and injured over 400 in a massive grenade attack.

In all these attacks, the BNP protected the killers. They rewarded the killers of August 15th with indemnity and foreign postings. During their last term they protected the fundamentalist terrorists who conducted bomb attack after bomb attack culminating in the August 17th attacks. The planning meetings for the August 21st attack were conducted in the office of Khaleda Zia's son Tareq in presence of her Political Secretary.

Let us take a moment today to remember all innocent victims who lost their lives in this month through our history. Many of them were my family.

As I've said repeatedly, the BNP is a party of terrorists. They should be brought to justice.
